    No, it seems to have fixed itself! Instead of taking one sick day, my sim just seemed to take a few. Thanks!

@Dahliliia Did you test this without mods installed ?

They might still be stuck if they already were if you remove the mods so test if the same happens on a different Sim or load an earlier save.
