Sims 3 camera mode issues

Since the December update, Sims 3 Camera mode in Sims 4 goes to ground level when using mouse wheel tilt function when entering a house. Once you back up and bring the view to normal things go fine, but it is an annoyance. I have no camera mods in my game. Fix it? Thanks -B

@bdpecktx To be sure I understand you right: If you save the game on the first floor (for example), then go back in and load your save it will still be on the first floor but when you then use tilt it goes down to the ground floor ?

Could you maybe post a video of what you are seeing ?

Do you have no mods/cc at all or just no camera mods ?
