Here is the DxDiag and I have a desktop.
Try updating your graphics drivers and check on the temperature of your card.
There's external programs if you don't have one that comes with your card
- My graphics card is 87°C normally without any applications running. It gets to around 104°C when playing the Sims 4. How do I cool the card?

I cant start the Game. I have Sims 4 with all expasion packs includet the new vampire adon. I play this combi a lot, but now I cant start the Game, there ist just a black screen and the PCcrasch. I need task manager to shut down.
