My newlywed Sims from SIMS 4 would like to move out of their parents home & buy a home of their own. The problem is that there is no option to split households. The only option is to "move household" but I don't want to move the whole household, only the newlyweds to a place of their own.

one if you only wanted to play with that family you could use any Sim click on dresser-plan outfit then save a copy of the family to your library then start a new game add those Sims to create a household then delete the Sims you don't want and just have the couple only

Phanthomlover1717 had the solution by advising me to the correct tutorial. My SIMS 4 newly weds are now the proud oweners of their own adorible little house. It was not as easy to seperate households as Sims 3, but at least now I know it can be done. Thank you for your help.

How do my sims that are moving out get inheritance or more money when splitting up the household? They get only 20K each time and I know how to move them out but there is no option to transfer the money I worked for over.
