Sims 4 - missing dlc and support not being given

yesterday i bought 4 new kits (some of the newer ones) and despite me constantly checking that theyre downloaded, me going throught the repair thing repeatedly and making sure my game is fully up to date, they're completely missing and not only are they missing from my game the main photos for each of them is just coming up as a grey square and I have no clue what to do i've attached what comes up in game when i look to see what's happening with them. I then contacted ea support and it says that my case is waiting on player however I have no email in any of my folders or in any old email, I tried to contact live support however the option to choose what platform my issue is on was unusable due to the only option being "select platform" meaning I couldn't contact live support because it was a mandetory field. The packs i bought were grunge revival, the bookcase one, greenhouse, and the attic one

    @lonely-lost-punk  Please run searches for the folders of the kits you've purchased that don't show up.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing kits in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of DLC, including folder names:

    For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

    @lonely-lost-punk  The kits are all installed into the correct location, which makes this a bit baffling.  Please make sure the purchases have gone through.  Go to ea.com, sign in, open your account settings, then Order History, and let me know whether the purchases show as completed, pending, or failed.  If you didn't buy the packs directly from EA, please let me know where you got them as well.

  • I tried but I'm unable to get into my order history as i keep trying to access it I get sent a verification code however I never actually get sent the email with the code not in my normal inbox or  my spam and I can't change the email it gets sent to s I need a verofocation code for that too. The money has gone out of my bank as said by my online banking so I would assume its gone through.

    @lonely-lost-punk  I've flagged your post for someone from EA to look at, but with the holiday weekend in the U.S., it's going to take a couple days to get a response.  In the interim, try deleting the kits' folders, clearing the EA App's cache (again), and reinstalling the kits.  I'm not sure it'll help, but it's a quick test since kits are so small.
