Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

My add one came up as unowned and sims 4 needing downloading after I cleared it I need help pls  [CM Edit: Title update]

    Hi there @7ytvlmm44oiv,

    I've split your post off into it's own thread.

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. I got this notification saying I wouldn’t be able to play the sims on origin anymore and that I could download all my stuff on the EA app. I did and my game is saved but I literally don’t have any of my packs and content. I like searched everywhere trying to get my packs and I can’t. I looked it up and it said to merge my email that I’m using for EA and my old email I used for origin together but I can’t figure out how to do that.

@haleyts11  I've merged your post with another thread for the same issue.  Please see the accepted solution a few posts above yours.

Specifically, you need to sign into the EA App with the same email address and password you use in Origin.
