Sims 4- All my actions for all my sims are there even if I change the sims

I really don't know how to explain this but I hope someone can help me. This is all the actions I selected for all my characters but they appear for all of them. Also the thing that I believe are called whims wont show up

    @BuggieBugBug Looks like your using an outdated mod, like the UI Cheat extension mod for example or another mod that changes the UI.

    Make sure to update your mods to work with your current patch level or remove them.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    Whims you can enable in Game Settings other if you so desire.
