sims 4 2/26/21 update toilets don't give mood buffs anymore

I have no cc, no mods, and the following packs: cats and dogs, go to work, strangerville, toddlerhood, and the free packs.  

My sims generally upgrade their toilets to get the buffs, and I've noticed that since this update, JUST THE TOILETS (that I've noticed so far) aren't giving buffs to kids.  The Potty Mouth 2.0 isn't giving any of it's bonuses at all to anyone.  Am I the only one this is happening to?

    I did try repairing the game and that seems to have fixed it...  At least in a different house.  I need to go back and check the old house to be sure, but I'm kicking myself for not having thought to repair the game in the first place!  Total duh moment!  Thank you!
