Sims 4 add on experiences - up all night and "The life of the party"

We preorded Sims 4. Ran terribly so we went out and brought a new Win 7 gaming computer Downloaded Sims 4 again and it runs well. Problem is I can no longer get access to the "add on experiences" which I have not downloaded before. I had a session with an EA advisor who gave me a new validation code for "up all night" but it is no longer listed on my account as an extra. How do you get to download these "add on experiences". Hope someone can help. Thanks.
