I am also having this problem, I've been looking for months for a fix (having already suffered through my last game glitch!) and so far not found anything permanent. I really hope EA are working on a patch, I don't care how long it take so long as it's fixed!
I've tried rolling back my graphics drivers, changing through every compatibly setting and just about every other thing suggested and they don't fix this problem either. Also the Alt+Tab doesn't always work either..
If anyone has any more info on this I would really appreciate it since I was really looking forward to buying the Get To Work EP and having businesses again, but I'm not paying another £30 for a game I can't play. :womanindifferent:
