Whenever I attempt to open the Sims 4 It's just a black screen. I've tried deleting all my mods and cache and saves, repairing it in origin, but nothing seems to be working. Please help!
I figured it out, I found a stray save file in my documents(it wasn't in a sims folder), deleted it, and my game works now!
I can't believe I didn't notice it until now. -____-

Make sure The Sims 4 32 and 64 bits is used by your AMD card, this might help with that:

Also your Intel card is really outdated. So that might benefit from an new driver:

Yes, I did all of that after sending in my dxdiag D: Nothing has worked so far.
Could you try if the 32 bit version of the game runs: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2015/11/64-bit-is-coming-to-windows-pc/
You only have 4 GB of RAM so there's no advantages to play on 64 bit.
Are you trying to play in windowed or full screen mode ?
Did the game ever work for you ?
Could you check if you have any critical events for ts4.exe or ts4_64.exe: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/critical-events/
Also do you have any error logs in the documents folder ?
