Sims 4 Broken After Newest Update July 2024

I couldn't agree more. They need to start seriously testing these patches and packs thoroughly before release, because like you say, it's just not acceptable for a big company like this.

I've never had mods in my game and my game is BROKEN. No ability to save, can't look at school/jobs tab, build mode doesn't work. Like WTF EA? How are you so bad at your jobs?

I'm having the same problem- but only on older saves. I tried starting a new game and it worked fine. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because I'm on generation 3 of my legacy challenge and I can't get the game to work at all. I've put so much time into this save 😭

That bothers me the most! There’s no reason they can’t hire capable techs to make sure the updates are bug free. Why put out a mass update just for everyone’s game to break??

Oh no! Yeah I'm quite far into my legacy challenge too, so absolutely don't want to have to start with a new save either. Fingers crossed this issue gets reported enough so they fix it quickly!🤞

I'm having the same issues! If I click the simology panel, that's when it messes my game up and the character values are moving one direction all they way to green at the same time, then decreasing and moving all the way into red and spasming out. After I click simology I can't save my game and have to go to the task options to shut it off- which doesn't save any of my play.

How annoying! They really need to address this issue that everyone has been reporting, just so we know they're at least trying to fix it😩

CAS won't open at all, it's either a loading screen or a blank white screen. I've removed all mods that were broken and CAS mods. Still won't work. I've had to force restart my computer 3 times because it keeps freezing. I'm sick of EA's crap. They'll never change.

I'm sick of them too. They have no excuses...
