Sims 4 can't start: check video card meets min. specs and drivers are installed

Hi there! I am trying to play The Sims 4 but I'm getting an error where it says it can't run with the video card in my system.

My video card does meet the minimum specifications, and the latest video drivers are installed (for both GPUs)

My discrete GPU is a Radeon RX 6600 XT, and my integrated GPU is the Coffee Lake UHD 630.

I am trying to run Sims with the former. I've tried both GPUs and both result in the same error.

Any help is appreciated!
