Sims 4 CAS demo error message

I downloaded the CAS demo the other day and had no trouble with the download, but when I try to load the game it won't fully load.  It starts up fine but after the intro the screen turns black.

Also, it will only load from Origin, if I click on the desktop shortcut it gives me an error message saying my computer (Windows 8) doesn't have the required app (origin2) to open it.

Anybody know how to fix this/is having the same problem?
