Sims 4 Cats and Dogs pre-order refund yet no money returned.

Went through EAs Help in order to get a refund on Sims 4 Cats and Dogs dlc that I pre-ordered. Reasons for the refund is because I couldn't download it due to error messages and just plain not downlo...

Please, don't worry, if the refund shows as complete, you should get your money back in up to 10 days. If you don't receive it by then, please, contact our advisors at EA Help as @172e3cda00349872 suggested.

  Also its not a bank issue as I used a origin card and pre-ordered cat and dogs dlc as well as bought the sims 4. You clearly have issues with players and their pre-orders. Don't do pre-orders if you can't handle your pre-order accounting/billing issues.
