Sims 4 Code already redeemed.
HI,
First I want to say is that I am trying to speak with someone from EA however the last support chat was about 2 mins and the person did not even wait for my response. I would Appreciate if someone can talk to me. I have the following Issue.
Installed Sims 4 to my sister's laptop with her child account with the brand new disc I purchased as a present. No issues for two days, playable - Everyone is happy.Had to reinstall Origin and the game as I had update/windows issues with the game platform. Installing the platform, Trying to install the game and then a message pops up to confirm that the code I was redeeming was under the child account for my sister. I click yes and then amber letters underneath the code saying "This Code is already redeemed". I cannot install the game now. Failed Christmas present. What do I do?
