cherdenblaze Your dxdiag lists two Sims 4 crashes due to an issue with the Nvidia graphics driver, one that points to one of the VC++ runtimes the game uses, and a few that look like what happens with conflicting software.
Before doing anything else, if you have any files in ConfigOverride, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, please delete them. And remove your Mods folder if there's anything inside.
If that doesn't help, the Nvidia driver is the next suspect, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
If that doesn't help either, I doubt the problem is the VC++ runtime, since usually that would prevent the game from working at all and/or throw more than one related error. So I'd go to conflicting software next, starting with Razer apps. If you have any, please uninstall them and test again.
