Sims 4 constantly crashing on brand new computer

does it just go to a black screen then shut itself down? I'm experiencing the same issue, it has been happening for weeks and I've not found a solution yet. my game shuts itself down every 30 mins roughly.

Yes, that's exactly what keeps happening. Although, I'm lucky to get a few minutes before it happens. I've jumped through all the hoops and nothing. I've sent many error reports with no response. It's quite frustrating

Please move your mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.packsge then test the game.
