sims 4 constantly crashing

aquaticred_02313​  I apologize for the late reply.  I'm not sure how I missed your thread, except maybe it was elsewhere and moved to this forum after the fact.

At any rate, if you still need help, and you're getting crashes with no mods or custom content present, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
