Sims 4 cottage living download
I purchased the game sims 4 cottage living but won't download. Can anyone help here. It doesn't even show that it is downloading.

If you pre-ordered Cottage Living and it's not available for downloading at all, please use this thread:
If you're getting a download error, please clear Origin's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
restart your computer, and try again. You can also try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If anyone is getting an error message, please post a screenshot.

i did this, ive repaired and updated multiple times, cleared the cache, still not able to download, still says ive purchased it and also asks me to buy it again in Origin
