Sims 4 crash

I have tried lots of routes around this and have tried to repair my game twice however every time I enter a loading screen my game crashes.

The last time I have had an error code stating ‘failed to launch game’

LSJABS​  For the game issue, does it happen in a new save as well?  Please test and let me know.

If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

For the EA App issue, try restarting your computer after the game crashes.

puzzlezaddict​ Hiya, thank you so much for replying to me. I have just tried that and unfortunately it doesn’t happen on the new save. It seems to just be one of my saves as files which this is happening in, I will add that the main family in the save that this is happening in are fairies just incase that is relevant.

I have discovered it is only the fairy family in which this crash happens, every other family in that world works okay.

do the fairies have any tattoos or different skin tones on occult/human form ? These are both known to crash the game.

crinrict​ Hiya, thank you so much, yes 2 of them do have tattoos. How would I go about fixing this as I can’t actually load into that family anymore?
