KueiMei  Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing because the Nvidia graphics driver is crashing.  The driver is from 2015, so please install the newest version from Nvidia.  Go here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

Select Nvidia RTX/Quadro, Quadro Series, Quadro K2200, Windows 10, and download Release 550, from a couple days ago.  Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart your computer after installing.

Please also find out whether your monitor supports DVI or DisplayPort.  If it does, find a corresponding cable and plug the monitor directly into the graphics card rather than into the motherboard as you've done.  If your monitor doesn't support DP, which would be odd for a new model but not for something very old, you'll need an adapter.  But this is still important in that you want the Nvidia card driving the monitor and doing the associated graphics processing, not the integrated graphics chip.

By the way, your version of Windows is somewhat behind.  Is there a reason you haven't updated?  Version 19041 was released in May 2020 and lost support in December 2021.  Since you're a few versions behind, I'd recommend a repair install to get up to date, and in fact I'd do this first unless there's a specific reason you're avoiding it.

This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 13 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.
