Your DXDIAG looks good for what that computer is. It appears to be up to date so, that's good.
It is set to conserve battery power when it isn't plugged in and, that throttles down how much power any component inside can use so, you may have better results if you keep it plugged in when you play.
It is also going to be prone to over heating, especially that graphics card because it is barely getting the power it needs and, that may hamper the fans from cooling it properly. That alon can cause a crash.
You can help that a bit, make sure the computer is not inside a cabinet or desk so that it gets as much fresh, cool air as possible. Use a small air compressor, like the kind used to do nail art or air brush work or, buy a couple of cans of Electronic Duster (that's compressed air too.) turn off an unplug the computer then, open the case and use the compressed air to blow as much dust out of it as you can. Pay special attention to fans and the CPU cooler (silver fin looking thing) in there. Use a lint free, slightly dampened with rubbing or denatured alcohol cloth to wipe down all of the case vents. Close it up and plug it back in and turn it back on. try to do that once a month or so to be sure it stays as cool as possible inside.
