Sims 4 Crashes to desktop
Hi!
My Sims 4 keeps crashing to desktop without any error message. I don't use custom content or mods. At the moment it's unplayable because of this, so I'm really hoping someone could help me out?
I'll link my dxdiag and lastcrash in case those help!

@simbamboo There are a number of Origin crashes in your dxdiag (and a lot of Sims 4 crashes, unsurprisingly). So start by clearing Origin's cache and uninstalling it "the hard way"; this shouldn't affect your installed games.

Download the full Origin installer and run it as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator." This is a direct download link:

Once Origin is installed, repair Sims 4: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
Then try to play. If the game crashes again, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether a new save crashes the way your existing one does. Let me know either way.
