laddy19 I haven't seen anything that would indicate that a full release of Windows would cause crashing right now. There was an issue after the patch with the Smart Apps feature, but that looked completely different than what you're seeing and also appears to have been resolved.
I think it's more likely that the houses and sims you're using are corrupt. But the available evidence is hardly definitive. If you'd like me to test some of your uploads, feel free to list some creations, and let me know if your Gallery ID is different than your username here.

Last crash was after I placed my Rippling Flats house, I made one with talk columns, it happened today.
And I have noticed some kind of report in the game folder
