I’ve tried everything that i can to get my game to work, i’ve gone through all my mods and cc to see if it’s that, it’s neither of them. I’ve played without cc and it’s not that either, i’ve updated everything i can, ive been on so many forums of what to do and nothing is helping and it’s still crashing. I’m really stuck on what to do so if anyone could help i’d really appreciate it ◡̈
sammyisourdog1 Please load the game to the Main Menu and see whether you're running the DirectX 9 or 11 version of the game. It'll show in the lower-left corner, to the right of the version number. If you see DX9, force DX11 instead. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
If this doesn't help, or you're already using DX11 mode, try a different lot, and if that doesn't help either, a default lot in a new save. Don't add anything from the Gallery or your own library, at least not yet.
