Witch_of_Water Please update your laptop's graphics driver, which is from 2020. Here's the newest compatible driver from Intel:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart the laptop afterwards and before trying to play.
HP software sometimes blocks drivers not provided by HP, even when the drivers are compatible with the hardware, as this one is. So if you get an error when trying to install this driver, that's why. You can get around it though:
