Sims 4 crashing on first loading screen

Toanatian​  Your dxdiag lists two errors relating to the graphics driver, which is from 2015.  The problem is that there isn't a newer driver available for your processor and graphics chip.  This isn't surprising considering the hardware was released in 2011, but it also means that Sims 4 might not be fully compatible with your computer anymore.

It's also possible that a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver would help.  Here's how to do it:

Start with the newest driver AMD provides for your CPU, the Windows 8.1 64-bit version:
