Sims 4 crashing Sept 2024
I have been having issues regarding my gameplay for Sims 4. Since the 9/18 update, while I am playing Sims 4, the game will randomly crash, exit to the EA App and I have lost all progress. There have been occasions that I would save more frequently (about every 3 minutes or so) I would continuously save and after the crash, reloading the game, I would look at the progress and nothing saved. It would be like I haven't played that day. I have repaired, deleted cache and uninstall/reinstall the game with no resolution. Thoughts or Tips on how to fix this?

@DeeKuznetsova Please test without your custom content as well, just for comparison's sake. Either remove the Mods folder or rename it.
For both of you, if that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and let me know how it runs.
