Sims 4 Deleted Saved Game

first off let me say, yes. my computer can run sims flawlessly fine. Yes, I have at least 1GB left for saved games.

Ok listen everyone i had this same problem and i thought i was out of luck until i started looking online for answers
Go into your documents
Once you click on documents? Click on the search documents box and put Slot_00000001.save.ver0
You see a list of saved files on there
Check for the date you last played and how big that file is
Once you see the one your looking for? Move that file into Electronic Arts And Then Into The Sims 4 Folder
You should see your file? move it into the saves folder...
Once you reopen your sims 4 you'll have to upload it from the main menu ....
