Sims 4 Disc install won't launch
I bought a brand new disc copy of the Sims 4. I put the disc in and followed the prompts. It downloaded Origin but won't install my game. What do I do?

I read and followed all that but it refuses to recognise the DVD in the drive and keeps trying to download via the internet. When I disconnect the internet it stops the download. Why does this have to be so complicated?!!!
I tried unistalling origin and reinstalling but that didn't help either
Does your computer read the content of the disc ok if you right click on your drive icon and choose open ? Maybe it's scratched or something ? Is downloading not an option for you ?
