Sims 4 Freezing

Ever since they released the adventure pack my game keeps freezing. It’s gotten to the point where I can do anything in create a sim or even when playing. I haven’t played in a week and I thought “hey maybe the issue is resolved” NOPE! Respectfully, I’ve paid over a thousand dollars for the packs and kits. The game itself shouldn’t have so many issues that run unresolved.
