I played the sims 4 earlier this day and while playing my laptop updated itself automatically and now i cant play it anymore. I tried using the repair option in origin 2-3 times but it didnt work. I also deinstalled it and installed it again but it still doesnt work. The game doesnt start. I tried to open it but then comes the message that theres a problem with the game. How can I fix it?

Thank you for the offered help but I solved the problem with deinstalling Sims and Origin and reinstalling it with the original disc. It seems like Origin had the problem so the game couldnt work because of the windows update, I think.

Could you copy/paste in your answer the exact error message you are getting? Maybe it gives us an idea of the problem. 🙂

Do you have custom content or any mods installed? This has happened to me before if I ended up with a bad mod/cc item.
