McKeznieB2010 Right, those folders are part of the program files. Don't look at that Sims 4 folder; look at the one listed here:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
And again, if the folder with Data, Delta, etc. is inside Documents, uninstall the game and reinstall it somewhere else to prevent a variety of issues.
I’ve done that I but that’s the thing, I always make sure it’s in my Electronics Arts folder. And it still does not work. But as said, this may be user error as I’m a bit dull.
