Hi there, I’ve just purchased the sims 4 Home Decorator game pack and when I’ve opened the game none of its contents shows up. I’ve restarted my computer, uninstalled and installed the game again and also repaired the game but it still won’t show. It shows that I own the pack on origin.. so I’m just lost now.

@1ChaPow1 Is Dream Home Decorator not showing up, or some other pack? If it's DHD, please run a search for GP10 , which is the folder for Dream Home Decorator Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter GP10 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
If you're missing a different pack, please substitute that pack's folder name in the search. Here's a list of all those names:

I got it to work. I just needed to download the file but the download wasn’t showing up. I restarted my computer and it showed up! Thanks for being willing to help!

This problem is also mostly self-correcting in a few hours to a few days, so you may not need to do anything at all.
If this purchase happened prior to the current Black Friday sale, please create a new thread describing the issue: whether DHD shows up as owned and installed in the EA App (Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons), whether your Order History on ea.com shows the purchase as completed/pending/failed, where you bought the pack if not through the EA App, and any other details you find relevant.
