SIMS 4 Error crashing

I  downloaded sims 4 a week ago and purchased add ons as well. Ive been experiencing my game crashing randomly and i cant even play the game long enough to save anything and this is without mods. Ive checked my PC to make sure it was compatible to the game and everything checks out. I uninstalled , and reinstalled the app along with repairing the EA app and the sims 4 game. My computer video card is up to date. I dont believe its the EA app because i am able to play Spore with no issues. ive switched over to steam and it wont even start for me. I tried reaching out to support and they have articles that does not apply to my situation & they have no way of being contacted. I am all out of options and i feel like taking a loss here. Any suggestions would help...
