Sims 4 event rewards disappeared
I don't have an error code or anything. I completed the Cozy Celebrations event on either Jan 3 or Jan 4, I don't quite remember. All the rewards were working perfectly until I updated the game today...

I seem to have all but the items from week 6 (grouch trait and scarf) - admittedly I can't remember if I forgot to claim that week or not as I got all the others at the same time but I do remember the icon disappearing sometime after completing the quests, so I'm pretty sure I did. Definitely odd though!
@avvob Are you the same person as the OP, just under a different account name? Is it possible you earned the items on one account and not the other?
Regardless, I flagged this thread a few hours ago, but it might take a while to get a response, if there is a response at all. It's definitely strange that the items would have disappeared.

@avvob It's not a problem; I just wanted to know whether there were two or three players reporting the issue. And it doesn't actually matter to me, but it might matter to EA.
