Sims 4 folders have disappeared

Question

My Sims 4 mods folder has disappeared or something. I've looked at other posts on here and they say to look in the documents folder and click on EA but I don't have that. I've tried resetting my laptop and also redownloading origin and the new EA app but I still can't find anything (like the mods or saves folders). I'm using my laptop and not a mac if that helps

I figured out how to fix it if anyone is having a similar problem and has a similar laptop to me.

Firstly press the windows button on your keyboard and then press R

Then a box will come up

Go into your Sims game and go into game options. and then into screen capture.

Copy and paste that into the box that came up when you clicked windows and R before and it should take you to the files even if they're hidden.

It won’t let me copy and paste! All files are gone even my downloads and stuff no just the EA folder.
