Sims 4 freezes/crashes/ goes to BSOD

Hello everyone,

I am encountering issues with Sims 4 which occasionally freezes or suddengly goes directly to some BSOD (and, in both cases, I have to manually restart my computer) or crashes to desktop.

When checking the reasons with perfomn/ rel or with WhoCrashed software, the "culprit" looks "ntoskernel.exe" most of the times, but it's not alone: sometimes it's "Simulation_x64.dll" module or "StackHash_8c61", but there are instances where I manage to play/save and exit the game normally too, which is driving me crazy.

I believe I tried any solution I found googling: I tried to repair the game, to remove and replace the Mods folder by folder, I checked/uninstall and reinstall the drivers (specially the graphic card), I checked RAMs (no errors found), I performed scannow, I made sure Windows is updated, I tried a clean boot... and I'm defintively forgetting something else.

I started to think that something is wrong with my PC (that I built myself a couple of years ago, for the first time) even though apparently it meets all the requirments, but maybe it's not enough anyway...

I'm attaching my DxDiag log.

Thanks a lot in advance for any help provided.
