@Emoreader316 Have you tested with no mods or custom content at all? I realize you may not want to play like that, but it would be useful to know whether this helped. Your dxdiag lists a couple of Origin crashes and a bunch of Sims 4 errors that could be related to the graphics driver, but it's a lot easier to test with no mods or cc than to clean uninstall and reinstall the driver, plus the latter is not something you want to do just for fun.
If removing the mods and cc doesn't help, please move the entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop and try again. The game will create a new Sims 4 folder with no content the next time it loads. If that works, you can try moving some content from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one.
If the game still won't load properly with a clean folder in place, before you've added anything to it, the next step is to address the Origin errors. Clean Origin's cache and uninstall it "the hard way":

Reinstall using the full installer (direct download link):
http://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe
Run the installer as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart before trying to play.

Thank you for a response back! I did it without mods and it did it as well. and I tried it with the clean folder method and cleaned my origin cache just in case. It was still slow and i tried to add the mods in just in case it happened again it's still taking a while to load. so, I'm trying uninstalling origin now.

@Emoreader316 Try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the AMD graphics driver. Here's how:
Restart your computer after installing the new driver and before trying to play.

@puzzlezaddict I have done the clean uninstall and reinstall of my graphics driver, I also went through some older CC and found some that were broken, and I got rid of those. It still is taking a while to load up anything after I hit resume, new game, or load game.

Hi there, I’m having the same issue with Sims as well. Ever since I got the new Windows Update on my laptop, Sims just gets stuck frozen on the loading page everytime I click on it. I’ve cleared cache, moved my mods and content to desktop, repaired the app, uninstalled and reinstalled EA, made sure my laptop drivers are up to date, and tried to run a dxdiag file on Sims, but it wouldn’t save or do anything. I don’t know what else to do and if you could help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
