The crash itself isn't all that informative (the game crashed because it crashed, due to an access violation, which is an extremely generic category of error). But I do see that you're playing in DirectX 9 mode. Is there a reason for that, and does the game run better in DX11 mode? Please test and let me know even if you want to use DX9 for a particular reason in general.
If you haven't tested a new save yet, please do that too. Don't add any content from the Gallery or your own library. It's fine to just randomize in CAS and drop some test sims on an EA-made lot.
