Sims 4 fridge stuck- NEW UPDATE DECEMBER

I've just updated my sims 4 limited edition for december through origin. i've just tried to run my game and i have a few mods, mostly cc but that hasn't been an issue. I downloaded a few more today and now playing my family but i can't cook birthday cakes. Also my sims would stand still for ages like their stuck so i reset them, they start doing actions then get stuck again! I've repaired my game through origin many times today and run the game. It starts to work but comes back shortly after. I thought it was my mods so i deleted all the mods i downloaded today but still no fix! Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I also moved the fridge and oven outside then moved it back in the house, that worked but like i said... came back shortly after! It's really annoying so how do i fix this?
