Sims 4 full game glitch. Cannot select anything

Hello!

Thank you so much, after disabling origin in game and windows notifications, gallery is working fine. Also got the legacy addition so it supports the laptop I'm on! However the whole clicking/not selecting glitch is still there. Any ideas on how to solve that?
