Sims 4 Gallery Items Failed To Download

Hi all, I just bought the sims 4 a few days ago and whenever I try to download gallery items, it keeps giving me a message saying that the gallery item failed to download. I've already done the usual troubleshooting steps of doing a clean boot, removing custom content, and downloading the custom content manually through the website but nothing worked. Does anyone here have any ideas to solve this issue?
