Hi. I'm EmoKawaiiChibi. I've created and saved A LOT of content to the Sims 4 Gallery onto my mom's computer. That computer no longer works. I re-downloaded Origin and Sims 4 onto another computer, but ALL of my content saved to the gallery is GONE! Someone, please help! I don't know what's happened! 😢

did you upload your stuff to the online gallery or is this about your library ?
I spoke with one of the Help Advisers (I.. Don't exactly know how to describe it otherwise)
Apparently, what I have to do is fix up the previous computer enough to transfer over a save file onto a USB flash-drive, because things saved to the online Gallery are kept in a folder on the computer itself.
Or I'll have to try to recreate everything I made... Which I may actually have to do... -sighs-
There's two different things: The library and the gallery. The stuff that's in your library is saved locally in your tray folder in documents and you will need to move that over.
The stuff you upload to the online gallery can be access by everyone.
There's two tabs, so make sure to upload if you don't want to move stuff manually.
If you have an underage account, you have no access to the online gallery and everything will only be saved locally.
