Sims 4 Gallery offline, What do i do ?

I have been having an issue with the sims 4 going online to the Gallery, I have searched threads and done all the technical support troublshooting that are on the forums but to no avail. I looked at others questions and followed steps but i still cant get it to work. What am i doing wrong and how can I get my Account to go online. My internet is working great i have reset the router..id rather not uninstall so what next?

    Please check that your security software is not blocking The Sims 4.

    When i start my Sims 4 game through origin it loads just fine, then when i click on gallery so that i may download houses or look at the community gallery it says (Unable to connect, Please make sure you are connected to internet to view online) . I have checked to make sure i am online and my wifi works fine, origin itself says online and everything. 

    (Unable to connect. Make sure you are online to view hashtags and community gallery)

    This is all that it says, the game itself runs fine though.

    Please check that your security software is not blocking The Sims 4.

    I am having the same issue with not connecting to the gallery. Internet connection is solid, anti-virus and firewall programs are set to allow it, but still nothing. Any suggestions?
