hailytheghostt Two of the crashes in your dxdiag are timeouts from the graphics driver, and each one was followed by a BSOD and another serious but nonfatal error. So please start there, with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia driver. Here's how:
Rather than using the very newest driver, try a slightly older one; you can get them here:

You'll want a Game Ready Driver, not a Studio version. Try the one from January 27, since the next one after that was a major update. This one is still more than new enough to be compatible with Sims 4 and almost anything else you'd run on your computer.
If that doesn't help, please update the BIOS for your motherboard. Your current version looks to be very old, and this class of processor has had stability issues, often related to board settings, that were mostly (but not entirely) fixed with later BIOS updates.
