Sims 4 game looks very weird

ChrisSimmR  Please disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.  If you have GeForce Experience installed, make sure Freestyle is NOT enabled.

Please also switch between windowed and fullscreen modes, quitting and reloading the game each time, and see whether it helps, again.

If the problem is still present, please make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager.  Open [install location]\The Sims 4\Game and delete the Bin folder inside.  Open the EA App and repair the game, then test again.

If you can't find the install location, you can see it in the App, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.
