Did you try reinstalling your mouse drivers or use a different mouse ? Do you have mouse trails on ? What kind of mouse are you using ?
My mouse is a, HP wireless mouse, it came with the computer but I don't think it came with any drivers. I also don't have mouse trails on.

Maybe:
CP -> Mouse -> Pointer options -> Enhance pointer precision (uncheck)
---
This is for 8.1
---
Video Drivers perhaps? Reset 3D Properties in Catalyst
---
The dongle isn't in a USB hub or something maybe?
---
Uninstall the mouse drivers from
Device Manager -> Mice -> remove them all
Unplug the dongle
Restart PC
Plug dongle back in when windows is up
---
Try a different mouse if available.
Those are my guesses :O

Additionally, you may also consider the following:
- Disable the Origin in-game overlay (IGO). To do this, launch the Origin client. Then go to the Origin menu, Application Settings, Origin In Game, and then uncheck "Enable Origin In Game."
- Perform a clean boot. This is to ensure that there are no applications running in the background that might interfer with your game. Known culprits are again any sort of software with a Visual Overlay capability. Popular examples: X-Fire, Windows Blinds, Ventrilo, TeamViewer

I tried this but it didn't make any difference. I also disabled the online content within the game settings too.
I checked for applications running in the background and closed those too. I tend to close those types of programs when running full screen games anyway, but with this one it made no difference.
Since the games time trial ran out earlier this week I can't try anything else, but I'm not prepared to gamble £30+ on a game that may not actually work on my system.
However if there is any more info that you would need to help fix this issue then I am happy to provide it. 😕mileyhappy:
