Sims 4 Game won't work with the June 2018 patch

For the June 19th update, I have been having trouble with cheats (even after doing testingcheats true/on) and have been having texture glitches. A lot of items will completely glitch out and just adapt a new texture. The best example I can give is the pop speaker at the gym in Willow Creek. The speaker turns completely green, different shades and shapes of green within the texture. My game is also very slow. Time in game will continue to progress, but when my sims have a task, they do not proceed to do said task. Instead, they stand around and do nothing for at least one in game hour. It’s pretty frustrating for me because I love playing the game, but when it doesn’t work, it’s not as enjoyable as I would like it to be. I have not had these problems before but as soon as I downloaded the update, everything has been wonky. Please help! Thanks guys!
